bedding sets are produced with advanced machinery and technology that is considered the most modern in Asia. The weaving machinery is capable of weaving a cloth as width as 110 inches. The Airjet weaving system maintains a smoothness in between weaves, additionally controlling the temperature and humidity and filtering dust. Before beginning the entire production process, the raw cloth is separated through the pretreatment process, with machinery from Germany.
But not only that, also remains mindful of protecting the environment and has created a water treatment plant using the activated sludge + chemical treatment system and the sand & carbon filter, with technology from DAI-CHI WASTE TREATMENT (THAILAND) CO., LTD. from Japan.
